Relocation Support:

Key Responsibilities:
*Primary Technical Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues from medical practices (docport clients), addressing tickets at levels 1-3.
*System Maintenance & Support: Manage the full technical support process for docport practices, including managing their Apple infrastructure and resolving complex network issues.
*Infrastructure Management: Oversee network setup and maintenance, ensuring practices have reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
*Documentation & Process Improvement: Help maintain internal documentation and best practices for system administration and support.
*On-Site Visits: Occasionally visit client sites for direct troubleshooting and setup of new practices.
*Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to the remote team during on-site interventions and lead new practice installations.

Required Skills and Technologies:
Must-Have:
*Formal training as an IT specialist, network administrator, system administrator, or similar (e.g., CompTIA/CCNA/OSCP certification).
*Experience in setting up and managing network infrastructure and strong knowledge of Internet protocols.
*IT support experience, including diagnosing and resolving system and network issues.
*Proficiency with multiple operating systems, including Linux, Windows, and Mac.
*Strong technical problem-solving skills, particularly in a network environment.
*Proficiency in German (C2 level / mother tongue).
*Valid driver’s license (Class B) for travel to client sites.

Nice-to-Have:
*Experience with the Ubiquiti/Unifi ecosystem.
*Additional qualifications in IT/Network Security (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, OSCP).

Experience Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 2-3 years in system administration, network setup, or a related field.
Ideal Experience: 4+ years with extensive hands-on experience managing network infrastructure and technical support.

Salary Range:
€40,000 - €55,000 annual gross salary depending on experience.

Bonus/Variable Salary:
Performance-Based Bonus: Up to 10% based on KPIs (e.g., roll-outs and time-to-fulfillment metrics).

Educational Requirements:
Not mandatory: Practical experience is more valuable than academic credentials. A background as an IT specialist, network administrator, or system administrator is preferred. Quereinsteiger (career changers) are welcome.

*Reporting: Direct report to the founder and CEO, Mikail.

Travel Requirements:
Travel Component: Around 30% of the time for on-site support, rollouts, and maintenance.
