Role Overview: SEO & Content Specialist (m/w/d)

Location: Karlsruhe or Munich (both possible)

Responsibilities:
1) Keyword Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth keyword research and identify traffic potential.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking (on-page SEO).
2) SEO Optimization:
Manage backlinks and external linking strategy (off-page SEO).
Ensure technical SEO standards are met, including load times, mobile optimization, and crawling (with external service providers).
3) Content Development:
Develop and execute content strategies aimed at engaging users and search engines.
Create and optimize product descriptions and other web content in collaboration with marketing.
4) Technical SEO:
Collaborate with external agencies and technical teams to ensure technical SEO improvements.
Monitor website performance using tools like Sistrix and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
5) Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
Report on KPIs such as Google rankings, traffic growth, and content performance.
Skills & Technologies:
Must-Have Skills:
*Proficiency with Typo3 CMS (or any other CMS) and various SEO Tools (e.g., Sistrix, Google Analytics).
*Ability to independently create and implement content strategies.
*Experience in on-page SEO optimization (meta tags, internal linking, etc.).
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Proven success in SEO projects with measurable results.
*Familiarity with B2B marketing and off-page SEO strategies.
*Prior experience in content planning for high-tech sectors like autonomous driving.
*Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics.
Experience Required:
*Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SEO and online marketing.
*Strong understanding of web analytics tools and SEO software.
Salary & Compensation:
Base Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 per year.
Bonus/Variables: No bonus.

*Content Continuity: Ensuring a regular and strategic content calendar.
