Senior Fullstack Engineer

The Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with strong knowledge of frontend and backend systems to join our Core Team. Your scope will include the design and implementation of the Layer3 platform and tools for partners to drive results at the engagement layer.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the design and implementation of frontend and backend systems on platforms built on the Layer3 stack.

• Shaping the future of our tools through design, prototyping, engineering, and discussions with our partners.

• Conducting independent research in your area of ownership.

• Developing and maintaining scalable applications to support over 1.1M active users.

• Implementing features to enhance user engagement and streamline token distribution.

• Integrating and optimizing APIs for seamless interaction with various DeFi protocols.

• Writing and maintaining automated tests to ensure high code quality.

• Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.

Who You Are

• Cryptonative and stay up-to-date on new technological developments.

• A systems thinker with the ability to execute performant fullstack projects end-to-end.

• 5+ years in software development.

• Experienced in developing applications with significant user interactions and scalable infrastructure.

• Driven by passion, curiosity, and a desire to make an impact on the world.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Nice to have: Experience with Solidity, Rust, zkProofs, and tokenomics.
