Location:
Primarily remote, with occasional presence required in Oberhaching, Germany.
Oberhaching is right next to Munich, Germany
Ideally, the candidate is located in southern Germany / 3-4 hours around Munich Radius.
"Candidates from Munich or within 250 km are preferred, but this is not a strict requirement."

Remote Work Policy:

Key Responsibilities:
*Software Architecture: Develop high-level software architectures, primarily using Java and Delphi.
ÜTeam Collaboration: Work within agile, distributed project teams, coordinating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*Client Interaction: Communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
*Technical Leadership: Potential to take on a team leadership role, guiding junior developers and ensuring best practices.


Tools & Technologies:
Java (must-have): 5 years
Delphi (must-have): 2 years
IDE: IntelliJ (minimum JDK8).
Build Tools: Maven.
Version Control: Git (Bitbucket) and SVN.
CI/CD Pipeline: Jenkins.
Testing: JUnit, Mockito.
Code Analysis: SonarQube.
Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, Nexus, Zeplin.

Required Skills and Experience:
*Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile teams.
*Architecture Design: Experience in analyzing and defining software architectures.

Salary and Compensation:
Range: €65,000 - €78,000 per year (gross).

Hiring Process:
1) Chemistry Call: Initial 1-hour interview with the Managing Director to assess cultural fit and overall alignment.
2) Expert Call: A second 1-hour interview with the Head of Development to evaluate technical expertise and discuss specific project requirements.


Team Structure:
*Direct Colleagues: 4 direct team members.
*Reporting: Directly to the Managing Director.
*Collaboration: Daily collaboration with colleagues, partners, and related departments like Requirement Engineering and Quality Assurance.

Role specifics:
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Contract: Open-ended.
Working Hours: Flexibility to work a 32-hour week for exceptional candidates.
Vacation: 30 days of annual leave.
Probation Period: 6 Months
