Job Role: Senior Event Manager
Location:
Cologne, Germany (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
*Event Planning and Organization: Serve as the main contact for planning, organizing, and managing events and festivals, from start to finish, with up to 16,000 participants.
*Concept Development: Create concepts for various event formats, both national and international, focusing on logistics.
*Vendor Management: Manage service providers and partners, negotiate contracts, and maintain cost efficiency.
*Project Management: Ensure smooth execution of events through structured project management, including preparation, execution, and follow-up.
*Inspiration and Guidance: Act as the driving force behind events, ensuring they are memorable experiences for participants.
Requirements:
Education:
Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in event management with responsibility for budget and personnel.
Languages:
