Description of the Job
- Coordinate the dispatch of documents, spare parts, and assembly lines, ensuring deadlines and technical specifications are met.
- Plan and organize the team's business trips, manage expense reports, and track associated work hours.
- Enter orders, handle invoicing, and manage reminders in the SAP system, ensuring data compliance and accuracy.
- Verify and validate supplier invoices, collaborate with the accounting department to resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment.
- Monitor the order and invoicing processes to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Announce and organize sales visits, assist the sales team in preparing presentations and commercial offers.
Ideal Profile
- Experience in export organization and travel planning.
- Experience with SAP or similar systems.
- Proficiency in German, English, and French.
