Description of the Job

  • Coordinate the dispatch of documents, spare parts, and assembly lines, ensuring deadlines and technical specifications are met.
  • Plan and organize the team's business trips, manage expense reports, and track associated work hours.
  • Enter orders, handle invoicing, and manage reminders in the SAP system, ensuring data compliance and accuracy.
  • Verify and validate supplier invoices, collaborate with the accounting department to resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment.
  • Monitor the order and invoicing processes to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Announce and organize sales visits, assist the sales team in preparing presentations and commercial offers.

Ideal Profile

  • Experience in export organization and travel planning.
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems.
  • Proficiency in German, English, and French.
