Key points
- Master’s degree in Actuarial, Risk Management, Finance or equivalent

Tasks
The Risk Officer Expert will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Maintain and develop the annual ORSA Report and other Risk reporting (SFCR, RSR, QRTs) for Life and Non-Life entities
- ALCO – RICO (Asset Liability Committee / Risk Committee): Assist the team in the preparation of the agenda, collect and prepare the supporting documentation and write the minutes
- Support the design and the monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIs)
- Support first line risk owners in consistently applying the Risk Management Framework to identify, assess, manage, monitor and report all material risks
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and quality reviews
- Maintain and develop policies based on the applicable governance framework
- Create, maintain and develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external, to support the achieving key outcomes
- Promote a culture of strong risk awareness across the company
Requirements
Ideal profile

- 6 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the insurance sector, is desirable
- Strong reporting skills, high degree of independence, affinity with financial markets, actuarial calculations and insurance concepts (Life and Non-Life)
- Significant risk management experience and understanding of local and SII regulatory framework
- Experience in writing internal policies, documenting processes, risk and controls
- Fluent in English and French. German is considered as an asset in the communication with Head Office
- Strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented and ability to interpret figures and other actuarial and financial information
- Team player, flexible, ability to work in a fast paced environment
