Our company is growing and we are therefore seeking a professional (f/m) for Austria as: Refractive Product Specialist
In this position, you will establish and execute sales strategies and tactical plans to drive sales growth across Austria.
Your mission
Achieve set sales targets for region of Austria
Build and maintain relationship with customers
Develop sales strategy based on customer profile
Develop sales plan for EVO ICL Family across the region
Drive sales according to set targets
Train and certify new surgeons in the region
Define and execute Marketing program through customer in region
Collection and assist analysis of market relevant data
Organize and assist effective training and practice development program & actives in the region
Participation in national and international congresses & exhibitions
Support National Clinical Manager
Responsible for obtaining relevant information for complaint processing
Excellent complaint management and support through customer
Collection of clinically relevant data
Support Customer Service through calculation and ordering

Sammlung und Unterstützung bei der Analyse von marktrelevanten Daten
Organisation und Unterstützung von effektiven Schulungs- und
Praxisentwicklungsprogrammen und -aktivitäten in der Region
Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Kongressen und Ausstellungen
Unterstützung des National Clinical Manager
Verantwortlich für die Beschaffung relevanter Informationen zur Bearbeitung von Beschwerden
Exzellentes Beschwerdemanagement und Unterstützung durch den Kunden
Sammlung von klinisch relevanten Daten

These innovative products are designed to conveniently deliver our high-quality IOLs through a small incision in a predictable, efficient manner.
