### Job Description

- Record and manage the company's quality incidents
- Lead quality incident resolution activities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with various production sectors and the technical office
- Validate series startups and specific tooling
- Facilitate QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) sessions
- Conduct production audits (steering control)
- Lead problem-solving actions
- Ensure the maintenance of quality best practices by participating in sector management sessions and developing a culture of respect for standards
- Actively participate in the capitalization and dissemination of the company's knowledge and know-how
- Participate in company projects (8D, 5S, etc.)
- Be the point of contact for quality issues encountered in production
