Description of the job To support the growth of our activity on Genybet.fr, we are looking for an Online Betting Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• The quality of Turf and Sports Products;
• Defining service improvements/enhancements;
• Formulating and supporting teams (IT, CRM, Data) throughout the implementation cycle;
• Managing the animation schedules and special operations using the horse racing calendar;
• Reporting KPIs of the activity and our commercial actions;
• Conducting competitive intelligence in the sector (product developments, offers, and promotional operations);
• Providing support to the customer service for product and animation topics;
• Supervising two team members.

As the product reference, you will work daily with all the services of the Genybet team (Acquisition, Regulatory, CRM, IT, Data) and Media teams.

Ideal profile With a Bac+5 education (Business School, Master’s), you have proven experience as a Product Manager in digital and e-commerce. You are familiar with the world of horse racing, either through horse betting or other experiences. You have:

• A strong interest in data;
• A curious mind and a willingness to learn. You enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills, and you are proactive. Rigor, versatility, organizational skills, and proactivity are prerequisites. Good command of English is required.
