Main Job Goals and KPIs
Primary Objectives: Number of ticket sales and revenue per event.

Key Responsibilities
*Ownership: Develop digital marketing strategies for personal development products, promote events, and ensure top speakers like Tony Robbins perform at sold-out venues.
*Goal-Oriented: Develop, plan, and execute integral lead campaigns along the customer journey.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with content, social, design, and ads teams, and serve as the interface between sales and product teams.
*Holistic Thinking: Build individual customer journeys, optimize conversion funnels, adjust landing pages, and continuously improve email marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Completed degree, preferably in marketing or a related field, or comparable qualification but not a complete knockout criteria
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in performance-based online marketing.
Must-have Skills:
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools, funnel marketing, data analysis, and hands-on mentality.
Nice-to-have Skills: Experience in event ticket sales.
Languages:
German (C2/native level), English (fluent in written and spoken).
Salary Range:
€55,000 - €60,000 gross per year.
