The company is looking to fill this position as soon as possible, ideally with a candidate based in Munich or within a 250 km radius, though this is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
*Requirement Analysis: Translate customer needs into clear and precise requirements for the development team.
*Collaboration: Work closely with developers, testers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project requirements.
*Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements and specifications.
*Quality Assurance: Ensure that all requirements are met and align with the customer’s expectations and project goals.

Educational Background:
A completed MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Technology) degree is required.

Technical Skills:
Java: Basic knowledge and experience in Java programming.
IT Affinity: Strong interest in IT and software development processes.

Language Skills:
Excellent command of the German language (native-level proficiency/ C2) (must-have).

Work Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Personality Traits:
*Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a passion for identifying patterns and writing clear concepts.
*Logical Thinking: Ability to think analytically and express ideas precisely.

Salary and Compensation:
Range: €35,000 - €45,000 per year (gross).

*Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective requirement management and communication.

Hiring Process:
1) Chemistry Call: Initial 30-minute interview with the Managing Director to assess cultural fit and overall alignment.
2) Expert Call: A 60-minute interview with the technical department to evaluate specific skills and discuss project-related tasks.

Team Structure:
*Direct Colleagues: 6 team members.
*Reporting: Directly to the Team Leader.
*Collaboration: Daily interaction with customers, developers, and testers, as well as cross-functional teams.

Role specifics:
*Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
*Contract: Open-ended.
*Working Hours: Flexibility to work remotely for up to 15 days per month.
*Vacation: 30 days of annual leave.
