Relocation support offered on a case-by-case basis. Candidates should ideally be willing to relocate within a 30-50 km radius.

Remote/ On-site policy:
Hybrid - 2 to 3 days Home Office is possible per week.

Relocation Support:
Company is open for re-location but candidates really need to have the will to re-locate in the region. Substantial part of the work is to be done on-site.

Language Requirements:
*German: B2 or higher for internal communication, legal, and compliance work.
*English: For occasional international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
*Developing and adapting guidelines for information security.
*Creating and maintaining security concepts, policies, procedures, and resource plans.
*Integrating security requirements across departments.
*Investigating and analyzing security incidents.
*Planning and implementing measures to reduce security risks and vulnerabilities.
*Organizing and conducting internal security reviews and reporting findings.
*Advising departments on information security topics.
*Conducting security awareness training and coordinating with teams to implement security measures.

Key Technologies and Skills
Must-Have:
*Background in IT system administration and/or IT security.
*Experience with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
*Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex security concepts.
*Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
*Proficiency in German (B2) and English.
Nice-to-Have:
*Experience with specific security tools and technologies (flexibility to choose).

Minimum Experience
*3-5 years of experience in IT security or IT system administration.

Salary Range
*€65,000 - €95,000 (includes 13.7 salaries with holiday and Christmas bonuses).

Hiring Process
1) 1st Interview: Introductory meeting with the Head of IT (virtual or in person, depending on the candidate's location).
2) 2nd Interview: In-person meeting with Head of IT and Executive Management. Discussion of terms, including salary and contract.
3) Final Decision: Offer or rejection based on the interviews.

*Reports to: Head of IT.
*Team: This is a new role, and the hired person will be responsible for building a team over time. There are currently 26 people in the IT department across different specialized teams, led by 4 team leaders.

Contract & Employment Details
*Type: Full-time, permanent
*Contract: Open-ended.
*Work Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible; 35 hours also possible).
*Vacation Days: 30 days, with additional time off during the Christmas holiday shutdown.
*Probation Period: 6 months.
