Relocation support offered on a case-by-case basis. Candidates should ideally be willing to relocate within a 30-50 km radius.

Remote/ On-site policy:
Hybrid - 2 to 3 days Home Office is possible per week.

Relocation Support:
Company is open for re-location but candidates really need to have the will to re-locate in the region. Substantial part of the work is to be done on-site.

Language Requirements:
*German: B2 or higher for internal communication, legal, and compliance work.
*English: For occasional international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
*Advise departments on mapping business processes in software, focusing on logistics and production-related processes.
*Act as IT-Application Manager for selected systems, including responsibility for operations and the software lifecycle.
*Collaborate with system owners, consultants, and programmers to create solution concepts.
*Coordinate and implement change requests, including testing and approval.
*Make adjustments in systems through parameterization.
*Train and support key users and process experts in system usage and implemented business processes.

Key Technologies and Skills
Must-Have:
*Strong communication and presentation skills to explain IT solutions to stakeholders.
*Practical experience in manufacturing and logistics environments, with a strong affinity for IT systems.
Nice-to-Have:
*Experience with ERP systems (currently using Business Central, but a new ERP system is being evaluated) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
*Key User experience.

Impact of the Role
Internal Consulting Focus: Primarily working within the organization to streamline processes, ensure system efficiency, and enable better logistics and production workflows.

Core KPIs
*Application Stability: Ensure the stability and efficiency of relevant applications.
*Standardized Solutions: Implement solutions using system standards as much as possible.

Minimum Experience
2-5 years in logistics and production environments with an IT focus.

Language Requirements
German: Minimum B2 level.
English: Minimum B1 level.

Salary Range
€50,000 - €68,000 (depending on experience).

Bonus
13.7 monthly salaries (includes holiday and Christmas bonuses).

Hiring Process
1) 1st Interview: Either via Teams or on-site, depending on candidate location, with the Team Leader.
2) 2nd Interview: In-person meeting with Head of IT and Executive Management, where terms such as salary and contract are discussed.
3) Final Decision: Offer or rejection based on the interviews.

*Reports to: Team Leader.
*Team: 4 direct colleagues in the department, collaborating with IT colleagues, key users from production, and external service providers.

Contract & Employment Details
*Contract: Open-ended.
*Work Hours: 40 hours per week (35 hours possible).
*Vacation Days: 30 days per year, with additional time off during Christmas shutdown.
*Probation Period: 6 months.
*Type: Full-time, permanent
