Job Role: IT-Administrator Managed Services / IT-Support (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:
*Customer Support: Receive and record customer issues in the ticket system, independently analyze and resolve problems.
*Customer Relationship: Maintain a partnership and personal relationship with customers rather than a typical hotline service.
*IT/Server Infrastructure: Manage complex IT/server infrastructures outsourced by customers.
Competence Teams: Work within specialized teams (e.g., Microsoft, Citrix, VMware) providing second or third level support.
*Advisory Role: Conceptually work with the support team and advise customers on all IT infrastructure matters.
*On-Site Support: Provide on-site support to customers, mixing internal and external customer support as per requirement.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in one or more of the following areas
*Microsoft Product Suite (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, MS-SQL, etc.)
Storage Solutions (IBM, NetApp, Dell, Huawei)
*Virtualization (VMware vSphere, Citrix XenServer, MS Hyper-V)
*Microsoft Terminal Services or Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
*Backup Solutions (Veeam B&R, Veritas Backup Exec)
*IT-Security (Sophos, Barracuda Networks, Kaspersky Endpoint Protection, Forti)
Skills:
*Solution-oriented and independent working style
