Position: Head of IT (m/f/d)

To be placed: 1x

Location:
Munich, Germany

Remote Work Policy:
Hybrid (60%); 2 days of home office, 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:
*Design, manage, and develop IT infrastructure across all Vantis locations (headquarters, clinics, and practices) with a focus on modern and efficient solutions.
*Ensure IT security and collaborate closely with the Regulatory Team on compliance issues.
*Build and lead an effective IT team, combining internal and external resources to ensure smooth IT operations.
*Support the development team in delivering digital products and services.

Required Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in setting up and managing complex IT infrastructures.

Must-have Technologies:
*MS365 (Microsoft 365)
*MDM tools (e.g., Intune)
*Network management
*General experience with security tools

Nice-to-Have Technologies:
*Backup tools (e.g., Acronis or Veem)
*Experience with ISO 27001

Team Structure
Current Tech Team:
*CTO, 2 Full-Time Developers, 1 Working Student
*No internal IT team yet; the Head of IT will be the first hire in this area.
*Reporting: The Head of IT will report directly to the CTO.
*Collaboration: Close collaboration with the Tech Team, Head of Regulatory, and Praxen *Operations Team, with indirect interaction across all Vantis employees and clinical facilities.

Salary and Compensation:
*Range: €70,000 - €95,000 per year
*Bonus: Participation in the Virtual Stock Option Program (VSOP)

Role specifics:
*Contract: Open-ended
*Working Hours: Ideally 40 hours per week, open to 35 hours
*Vacation Days: 28 days
*Probation Period: 6 months
