Role Overview: Head of Finance

Location: Berlin (new HQ in Ring area)
Remote Work Policy:
Hybrid, with 2 days of home office per week.
Key Responsibilities:
*Cash Management: Ensure that overdraft lines equate to 20% of company turnover, providing liquidity for trading activities and operational needs.
*Bankability: Establish relationships with financing banks in renewable energy and storage sectors, making SETrade a trusted trading partner.
*Joint-Venture Partnering: Ensure that joint ventures are financially structured within a month of formation, with all compliance and reporting requirements in place.
*Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely reports on company performance, including power trading KPIs, while meeting all legal reporting requirements.
*Equity Raising: Secure necessary equity from investors to support platform development, international expansion, and organic growth.
