Job

1. Finance Support: Provide comprehensive financial support to various departments within the organization, including accounting, controlling, finance analysis, and other related areas.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.

3. Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency, effectiveness, and internal controls.

5. Financial Risk Management: Assist in assessing and managing financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners, to provide financial insights, recommendations, and support.

Required profile
1. Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in finance-related roles, such as accounting, controlling, finance analysis, or similar positions

2. Education: a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Additional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are desirable but not mandatory.

3. Financial Expertise: A solid understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and financial reporting standards

4. Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software applications, MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, SAP,

Oracle).

5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data

6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey financial information and insights to both finance and non-finance

financial stakeholders.

7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
