Remote Work:
Not available; full-time on-site due to the need for hands-on problem-solving with production and IT systems.

Relocation Support:
The company provides assistance with relocation, including temporary accommodation and help with finding permanent housing.

Proficient German skills (C1 level or higher).

Key Responsibilities:
*Shopify Management: Oversee the day-to-day management, optimization, and administration of the company’s Shopify store, ensuring smooth product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
*Marketplace Optimization: Handle and optimize the company’s presence on key marketplaces such as Amazon and Otto, including product listings, pricing, and data analysis to improve sales performance.
*Creative Product Presentation: Use creative skills to ensure products are visually appealing and marketed effectively across platforms.
*KPI Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and analyze relevant KPIs, including Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and others, to continually optimize performance.
*Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the team to devise strategies that increase revenue and open new market opportunities.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and successful project execution.

Required Skills & Technologies:
Must-Have:
*E-Commerce Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in the e-commerce space, preferably within a startup or agile environment.
*Shopify Experience: Strong hands-on experience managing Shopify stores.
*Marketplace Management: Proficiency in managing listings and optimizing sales on Amazon, Otto, and other marketplaces.
*KPI Management: Familiarity with key performance indicators such as Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and the ability to use data to inform strategy.
*Hands-on Mentality: Self-starter who is flexible, solution-oriented, and willing to take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
*German Language: Proficient German skills (C1 level or higher).

Nice-to-Have:
*Adobe Photoshop: Experience with design tools like Photoshop for creating visually appealing content.
*Google Shopping: Familiarity with managing and optimizing Google Shopping campaigns.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong track record of working in Shopify and managing sales on Amazon, Otto, or similar platforms.

Salary Range:
€50,000 - €60,000 annual gross salary depending on experience.

Bonus/Variable Salary:
None – fixed salary structure with no additional bonuses.

Educational Requirements:
Not Mandatory: While a university degree is not essential, hands-on experience in e-commerce management is critical.

Team Structure:
*Direct Team: 3 colleagues, including the marketing manager and sales team members.
*Reporting Line: Reports to the Head of Marketing.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration: Frequent interaction with the marketing department, product, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline activities.

Hiring Process:
Step 1: Initial personal interview (up to 1 hour).
Step 2:  Second interview - Focus on cultural fit, soft skills, and long-term commitment to the company.
Estimated Timeframe: The hiring process is expected to take 2-4 weeks from start to finish.

Contract Specifics:
*40 hours per week with flexible start times (trust-based work time).
*Early finish on Fridays (until 3:30 PM).
*Vacation: 28 days of paid vacation.
*Probation period: 6 months
