Relocation Support:

Remote/ On-site policy:
Hybrid work model: 1-2 days per week remote work possible.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain documentation and reports on IT security status.
*Identify action areas, assess risks, and coordinate measures to address vulnerabilities.
*Analyze IT systems and design security architectures, including detection methods.
*Collaborate closely with the Information Security Officer (ISO) and IT infrastructure teams.
*Support vulnerability analysis and penetration testing.
*Implement corrective measures and ensure technical execution of security strategies.
Experience:
Ideally at least 2-3 years of professional experience in cyber/information security.
However, also open for more juniors (for less salary)
Required Skills
Must-Have:
*Strong knowledge and practical experience with BSI-Grundschutz and ISO 27001 standards.
*Expertise in cyber security principles and practices.
Languages:
German: C1 level (fluent)
English: B1 level or higher.
Soft Skills:
*Strong negotiation skills.
*Excellent team collaboration abilities.
*Effective communication skills.
*Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications:
While not mandatory, ISO 27001 certification or similar credentials are highly valued.
Education: A technical or business degree is preferred but not essential if the candidate has relevant experience.
Salary and Compensation:
Range: €80,000 - €85,000 per year (depending on experience)
Bonus: Performance-based bonus

*Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
*Contract: Open-ended
*Working Hours: 38.5 hours per week, with the option for a reduced 32-hour workweek.
*Vacation: 30 days of annual leave.
*Probation Period: Standard 6 months, with the possibility of reducing to 3 months.

*Newly Established Team: The cyber security team is newly formed and still in the process of being fully staffed, offering significant room for growth and influence.
*Direct Reports: The position reports directly to the Head of IT Operations.
*Collaboration: Close cooperation with the ISO, IT infrastructure, and IT service desk teams.
Hiring Process:
1) Initial Interview: 60-minute online interview with the HR representative and either the Head of IT or Vice President.
2) On-site Interview: A more in-depth discussion focusing on technical skills, cultural fit, and a tour of the office and facilities (1.5 to 2 hours).
3) Optional Probationary Day: A hands-on day to experience the role and workplace firsthand.
4) Final Decision: Typically made within 2-3 weeks after the initial interview.
