Constellium is a world leader in the development of innovative and high-value-added aluminum products and solutions. Our main markets are aeronautics, automotive, and packaging. Constellium is a group specializing in the manufacturing of aluminum products, including rolled products, extruded products, and structural parts. Its C-TEC research center has achieved numerous technological advances in the field of aluminum alloys. Constellium primarily supplies the aerospace, automotive, and packaging industries. Its customers include Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, Fiat Chrysler Automotive, Ford, Airbus, Boeing, and Bombardier. The company achieved a turnover of 6.2 billion euros in 2021. Constellium has implemented a sustainable development policy based on the life cycle of aluminum.

Corporate culture
Constellium aims to be the most exciting, rewarding, and profitable company in the aluminum industry. We plan to achieve this goal as a team by listening to and empowering our employees, providing them with career development opportunities, and practicing shared values for the benefit of all. Our ~12,000 employees work on three continents, either in one of our 28 production plants or in one of our offices or research centers. Whether you are still studying, have just graduated, or have already acquired several professional experiences, we are constantly looking for talented people. For Constellium, aluminum is more than a metal. It is the material that shapes a world of possibilities. Whether working in the industrial environment of a factory or selling advanced solutions to our customers, all of our employees have contributed to our shared vision.

Awards
Constellium has a sustainable development council, which manages the company's sustainable development policy. The stated objective is to optimize the impact of aluminum throughout its entire life cycle. The sustainable development policy is the subject of regular reporting. The information presented by the company shows that beyond saving natural resources, recycling aluminum saves energy: it takes up to 95% less energy to produce 1 kg of recycled aluminum than to produce 1 kg of primary aluminum. This further limits greenhouse gas emissions. This property of being infinitely recyclable means that, today, around 75% of all the aluminum produced in history, or nearly a billion metric tons, is still in use, which in certain cases implies countless life cycles. At the company level, Constellium integrates the recycling of its aluminum scrap into its manufacturing process. Drawing on its factories in Muscle Shoals (Alabama) and Neuf-Brisach (France), the company announced in 2017 a capacity to recycle the equivalent of 23 billion cans per year.

CSR commitments
Diversity and inclusion At Constellium, we believe we are at our best when every member of our team feels respected, included, and empowered. We view diversity as a strength and value what each individual brings to our team with their unique perspective, background, and culture.
