Cloud Engineer Storage (F/M)

 

Cloud Temple invites you to join its teams as a Cloud Engineer Storage (F/H) to join our Computing and Storage team.

 

In a team of about ten people, you are responsible for maintaining and developing our compute and virtualization infrastructures, as well as the stability of the service provided to the customer.

 

If you are passionate about cloud infrastructure and services, you are curious, you have a sense of quality of service, and automation is part of your reflexes. This position is for you!

 

Your mission:

Provide level 3 support in the management of production events and incidents on storage perimeters.
Ensure the deployment of new storage-related infrastructures.
Maintain operational and security compliance for services.
Ensure the management of changes in production by validating the level of risks in relation to service levels.
Participate in development and transformation projects for infrastructure and services.
Build and maintain a technical knowledge base.

Tools to master:

 

Knowledge of Git, GitLab (CI/CD), Docker, Terraform, and Ansible tools
Mastery of ITIL concepts
Knowledge of Cisco and IBM storage products
Mastery of UNIX environments (FeedBSD, Linux, and Solaris) and IP networks
Mastery of at least one programming language: Python, Bash, PHP, Golang, Java
Knowledge of VMware products will be an asset.

Languages ​​:

English: read, spoken, and written

Ideal profile
Expected experience: at least 2 years in a similar position

Experience in the administration of various infrastructures and in the management of certified IT production environments
Knowledge of information system architectures
Mastery of standard storage protocols and solutions
Ability to automate operational actions through scripts or programs
Mastery of service monitoring solutions and their performance
Ability to propose and develop production management processes and tools
