Position Overview: Ningji is currently seeking a visionary leader to join as the CEO of its Overseas Division. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Strategy Development: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company's growth goals and market demands.
  • Supply Chain Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality product delivery and supply chain stability.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management strategies, ensuring levels meet market demand while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks within the supply chain, establishing contingency plans to ensure stability and continuity.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with other departments to coordinate demand planning, production, and logistics, ensuring smooth operations.

Desired Background:

  • Industry Experience: Ideally from a marketing, sales, or business role with an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in managing tea or restaurant suppliers is preferred, but candidates from other industries (e.g., advertising sales, software sales) are also welcome.
  • Local Preference: Must be a local (preferably Caucasian).
  • Age Range: Soft skills are prioritized. Candidates under 35 years old are preferred, with a maximum age limit of 45 years.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
