Description of the job
- Search for new business opportunities using any relevant mean (phone, email, linkedin, professional network…) and qualify inbound demand generated by the Marketing Team ;
- Deeply understand the needs of our potential clients in Switzerland and obtain qualified appointments (physically or remotely) ;
- Present our solutions and convince of our added value ;
- Quote commercial offers, negotiate and finally close deals ;
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and identify new needs among our clients in order to sell them new solutions ;
- Suggest new sales techniques, optimizing our lead qualification strategy and processes ;
- Rigorously use our CRM Salesforce and our marketing automation tool Outreach.
Ideal profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in sales or related field.
- 1-3 years prior experience in a B2B sales role in the Swiss market, ideally in a SaaS or subscription model company.
- Knowledge of the HR domain would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, we will teach you ;).
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, recovering quickly from setbacks and seeing them as an opportunity to progress.
- You like to work in an international team and in a good mood. Team spirit and intellectual curiosity are your top 2 qualities.
- You are totally fluent in Swiss German or German and you have a very good command of English or French.
